(BUILD_COMPLEX): New macro. Create complex number from real and
imaginary parts. This works around bugs/inefficiencies in current
gcc.

* posix/glob.h: Add declaration for glob_pattern_p.
* posix/glob.c: Rename glob_pattern_p to __glob_pattern_p and
