Merge branch 'sched-urgent-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip

Pull scheduler fix from Ingo Molnar:
"Fix an exec() related scalability/performance regression, which was
caused by incorrectly calculating load and migrating tasks on exec()
  when they shouldn't be"
