clocksource/drivers/fsl_ftm_timer: Fix CLKSRC_MMIO dependency 

Select CLKSRC_MMIO when FSL_FTM_TIMER is enabled. Otherwise it fails to
compile on i386 with COMPILE_TEST=y.
