Revert "Documentation: NFS/RDMA: Document separate Kconfig symbols"

This reverts commit 731d5cca82.

Commit ffe1f0df58 ("rpcrdma: Merge svcrdma and xprtrdma modules into
one") forgot to update the corresponding documentation.
