[WATCHDOG] i6300esb.c: Fix the GETSTATUS and GETBOOTSTATUS ioctls.

The WDIOC_GETSTATUS and WDIOC_GETBOOTSTATUS should return WDIOF_* flags
(and not counter values, ...)
