mtd: cmdlinepart: Update comment for introduction of OFFSET_CONTINUOUS 

The comment about offset zero was not updated when changing behavior:
  - Automatic offset calculation is indicated by OFFSET_CONTINUOUS,
  - Zero really means offset zero.
