 - Add missing newlines to some pr_err() calls (Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo)
 
 - Print full source file paths when using
   'perf annotate --print-line --full-paths' (Michael Petlan)
 
 - Fix 'perf probe -d' when just one out of uprobes and kprobes is
