libnvdimm: stop requiring a driver ->remove() method

The dax_pmem driver was implementing an empty ->remove() method to
satisfy the nvdimm bus driver that unconditionally calls ->remove().
Teach the core bus driver to check if ->remove() is NULL to remove that
requirement.
