* pm-cpuidle:
  cpuidle: haltpoll: Take 'idle=' override into account

* pm-opp:
  opp: Reinitialize the list_kref before adding the static OPPs again
  opp: core: Revert "add regulators enable and disable"
  opp: of: drop incorrect lockdep_assert_held()
