lkdtm: Test VMAP_STACK allocates leading/trailing guard pages

Two new tests STACK_GUARD_PAGE_LEADING and STACK_GUARD_PAGE_TRAILING
attempt to read the byte before and after, respectively, of the current
stack frame, which should fault.
