[PATCH] kernel-parameters cleanup

Fix typos & trailing whitespace.
Add blank lines in a few places.
Remove "AM53C974=" option:  driver does not exist.
Restrict to < 80 columns in most places (but don't split formatted
  command-line arguments).
Add a few option arguments for completeness.
