Merge branches 'pm-apm' and 'pm-sleep'

* pm-apm:
  x86, apm: Remove unused variable

* pm-sleep:
  PM / sleep: Move platform suspend operations to separate functions
  PM / sleep: Simplify sleep states sysfs interface code
