mmc: sdhci: Workaround broken command queuing on Intel GLK

Command queuing has been reported broken on some Lenovo systems based on
Intel GLK. This is likely a BIOS issue, so disable command queuing for
Intel GLK if the BIOS vendor string is "LENOVO".
