scsi: libsas: Disable asynchronous aborts for SATA devices

Handling CD-ROM devices from libsas is decidedly odd, as libata relies
on SCSI EH to be started to figure out that no medium is present.  So we
cannot do asynchronous aborts for SATA devices.
