USB: serial: visor: clean up clie_5 endpoint hack
Use the new endpoint-remap functionality to configure the ports for clie_5 devices. Note that the same bulk-out endpoint is being used for both ports. Signed-off-by: Johan Hovold <johan@kernel.org>
