dt-bindings: msm/hdmi: Add HDMI PHY bindings

Add HDMI PHY bindings. Update the example to use HDMI PHY.

Added a missing power-domains property in the HDMI core bindings. Also,
simplified HDMI TX's DT node name in the example.
