cxgbit: Use type ISCSI_CXGBIT + cxgbit tpg_np attribute

Instead of having cxgbit use type ISCSI_HW_OFFLOAD + 'hw_offload'
tpg_np attribute, it should be using it's own driver specific
type + attribute
