Ben Dooks 39669f594e [ARM] S3C64XX: Reduce some output from INFO to DEBUG 
Some of the startup output can be reduced to
KERN_DEBUG from KERN_INFO as it is only really
useful when trying to debug kernel initialisation
problems.

Add demux handling for the UART interrupts
generated by the VIC into their seperate IRQs
that the serial driver can register.
