Fix up conflicts in drivers/staging/hv/Makefile manually (some of the hv
code has moved out of staging to drivers/hv/)
After many years wandering the desert, it is finally time for the
Microsoft HyperV code to move out of the staging directory. Or at least
the core hyperv bus code, and the utility driver, the rest still have
some review to get through by the various subsystem maintainers.

As part of further cleanup of our storage drivers, include the content
of storvsc.c into storvsc_drv.c and delete storvsc.c and do the necessary
adjustments.

Now, enable handling of all IDE devices by extending the storvsc
device id table to handle IDE guid. As part of this cleanup Kconfig
and Hyper-V Makefile to not build the IDE driver (blkvsc).

Move the mouse_vsc.c file into hv_mouse_drv.c as it makes
no sense to have two files here, as we don't have to worry about the
"closed vs. open" split that this code was originally written for.

This driver adds mouse support to the hyper-v subsystem.
The code was originally written by Citrix, modified heavily by Hank at
Microsoft, and then further by me, to get it to build properly due to
all of the recent hyperv changes in the tree.
At the moment, it is marked "BROKEN" as it has not been tested well, and
it will conflict with other api changes that KY is doing, which I will
fix up later in this driver.
It still needs lots of work, and normal "cleanup". I don't recommend
anyone running it on their machine unless they are very brave and know
how to debug kernel drivers in a hyperv system.

The OSD layer was a wrapper around native interfaces
adding little value and was infact buggy -
refer to the osd_wait.patch for details.
This patch gets rid of the OSD abstraction.

with the host to support the KVP functionality.

This patch is a clocksource implementation suitable for guests hosted on
HyperV. Time keeping in Linux guests hosted on HyperV is unstable. This
clocksource driver fixes the problem. This driver uses the hyperv
detection code integrated into the kernel.

Addition of new driver for Hyper-V called hv_utils.
This driver is intended to support things like KVP, Timesync, Heartbeat etc.
This first release has support for Gracefull shutdown.
e.g. Select shutdown from the Hyper-V main admin screen and the Linux VM
will do a gracefull shutdown.

Now that we have properly prefixed the osd.c functions, we don't need to
include it in each of the modules. So only build it into the hv_vmbus
module.
Export the symbols that the other hv_ modules need, so that they can
properly find them.
