ioremap must be balanced by an iounmap and failing to do so can result
in a memory leak.
Tested (compilation only):
- using allmodconfig
- making sure the files are compiling without any warning/error due to
new changes

Apparently some systems export valid HPET addresses, but hpet_enable()
fails. Then when the HPET clocksource starts up, it only checks for a
valid HPET address, and the result is a system where time does not advance.
See http://bugme.osdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7062 for details.
This patch just makes sure we better check that the HPET is functional
before registering the HPET clocksource.

Add a CLOCKSOURCE_MASK macro to simplify initializing the mask for a struct
clocksource, and use it to replace literal mask constants in the various
clocksource drivers.

As suggested by Roman Zippel, change clocksource functions to use
clocksource_xyz rather then xyz_clocksource to avoid polluting the
namespace.

Implement the time sources for i386 (acpi_pm, cyclone, hpet, pit, and tsc).
With this patch, the conversion of the i386 arch to the generic timekeeping
code should be complete.
The patch should be fairly straight forward, only adding the new clocksources.
