Paul Bolle 19feb61e99 oss: remove maui_boot.h from .gitignore and dontdiff 
Commit d56b9b9c46 ("The scheduled removal
of some OSS drivers") removed all traces of maui_boot.h from the tree.
Remove its entries in dontdiff and oss's .gitignore file.

Sam Ravnborg cc006288fb kbuild: ignore all generated files for make allmodconfig (x86_64) 
With following patch we now ignore all generated files for
make allmodconfig for x86_64.
