Daniel Lezcano 177cf6e52b clocksources: Switch back to the clksrc table
All the clocksource drivers's init function are now converted to return
an error code. CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE is no longer used as well as the
clksrc-of table.

Let's convert back the names:
 - CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE_RET => CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE
 - clksrc-of-ret              => clksrc-of

Daniel Lezcano b71306e62d clocksource/drivers/vf_pit_timer: Convert init function to return error
The init functions do not return any error. They behave as the following:

  - panic, thus leading to a kernel crash while another timer may work and
       make the system boot up correctly

  or

  - print an error and let the caller unaware if the state of the system

Change that by converting the init functions to return an error conforming
to the CLOCKSOURCE_OF_RET prototype.

Proper error handling (rollback, errno value) will be changed later case
by case, thus this change just return back an error or success in the init
function.

Jisheng Zhang 36361abc8b clocksource/drivers/vf_pit_timer: Prevent ftrace recursion
Having a traceable function in the sched_clock() path leads to a recursion
within ftrace and a kernel crash.

We should not trace the pit_read_sched_clock() function. Fix this by adding a
notrace attribute to this function.

Viresh Kumar 9552a6af8c clockevents/drivers/vf_pit: Migrate to new 'set-state' interface
Migrate vf_pit driver to the new 'set-state' interface provided by
clockevents core, the earlier 'set-mode' interface is marked obsolete
now.

This also enables us to implement callbacks for new states of clockevent
devices, for example: ONESHOT_STOPPED.

In order to avoid waking up the system in a low power mode, the

Stefan Agner 224aa3ed45 clocksource: vf_pit_timer: use complement for sched_clock reading
Vybrids PIT register is monitonic decreasing. However, sched_clock
reading needs to be monitonic increasing. Use bitwise not to get
the complement of the clock register. This fixes the clock going
backward. Also, the clock now starts at 0 since we load the
register with the maximum value at start.
