Larry Finger 5d07a3d62f b43legacy: Avoid packet losses in the dma worker code
This patch addresses a bug in the dma worker code that keeps draining
packets even when the hardware queues are full. In such cases packets
can not be passed down to the device and are erroneusly dropped by the
code. It is based on commit bad6919469,
which fixes the same problem in b43.

Johannes Berg e039fa4a41 mac80211: move TX info into skb->cb
This patch converts mac80211 and all drivers to have transmit
information and status in skb->cb rather than allocating extra
memory for it and copying all the data around. To make it fit,
a union is used where only data that is necessary for all steps
is kept outside of the union.

A number of fixes were done by Ivo, as well as the rt2x00 part
of this patch.

Stefano Brivio 8e118f0ed8 b43legacy: fix DMA for 30/32-bit DMA engines
This checks if the DMA address is bigger than what the controller can manage.
It will reallocate the buffers in the GFP_DMA zone in that case.

The patch by Michael Buesch has been ported to b43legacy.
Thanks to Matti Viljanen for reporting this.
