Now the omap4 clock framework is in mainline and clk_get_rate()
is functional. Hence reomve the hardcoded clock hacks.
This patch also fixes
Division by zero in kernel.

26-bit ARM support was removed a long time ago, and this symbol has
been defined to be 'y' ever since. As it's never disabled anymore,
we can kill it without any side effects.

Enable minimum features to boot omap4430 on es1.0 samples. v2 versions
removes the "CONFIG_SYSFS_DEPRECATED_V2" since it's deprecated. Without
this older file system doesn't boot. One need to upgrade the filesystem
if getting stuck in first init function.

This patch updates omap_4430sdp_defconfig to add SMP and LOCAL_TIMER
support for OMAP4430 SDP platform.
Additionally the defconfig is made in sync with 2.6.30-rc7
