Hiroshi DOYU 97ec7d585b omap iommu: cleanup iommu page address mask and definitions 
This is just a cleanup, but adds a few macros here, which can be used
in the proceeding patches.

Hiroshi DOYU a9dcad5e37 omap iommu: tlb and pagetable primitives 
This patch provides:

- iotlb_*()     : iommu tlb operations
- iopgtable_*() : iommu pagetable(twl) operations
- iommu_*()     : the other generic operations

and the entry points to register and acquire iommu object.
