are out of mainline. The fix is trivial change of
iio_allocate_device() -> iio_allocate_device(0)

Given event codes are associated by number not name, all adc channels
including those with names need to have numbers.

These drivers use kzalloc() but don't include slab.h. They currently
build though because the spi.h header will pull in slab.h for us. But
rather than rely on that behavior forever, include slab.h explicitly.
