Harvey Harrison 74d96f0186 byteorder: make swab.h include asm/swab.h like a regular header 
Add swab.h to kbuild.asm and remove the individual entries from
each arch, mark as unifdef as some arches have some kernel-only
bits inside.

David Woodhouse ef4d04b87d Add empty Kbuild files for 'make headers_install' in remaining arches. 
These include nothing more than the basic set of files listed in
asm-generic/Kbuild.asm. Any extra arch-specific files will need to be
added.
