Minchan Kim 6b65aaf302 slub: Use alloc_pages_exact_node() for page allocation
The alloc_slab_page() in SLUB uses alloc_pages() if node is '-1'. This means
that node validity check in alloc_pages_node is unnecessary and we can use
alloc_pages_exact_node() to avoid comparison and branch as commit
6484eb3e2a ("page allocator: do not check NUMA node ID when the caller
knows the node is valid") did for the page allocator.

Eric Dumazet bbd7d57bfe slub: Potential stack overflow
I discovered that we can overflow stack if CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG=y and use slabs
with many objects, since list_slab_objects() and process_slab() use
DECLARE_BITMAP(map, page->objects).

With 65535 bits, we use 8192 bytes of stack ...

Switch these allocations to dynamic allocations.

Grant Likely cf9b59e9d3 Merge remote branch 'origin' into secretlab/next-devicetree
Merging in current state of Linus' tree to deal with merge conflicts and
build failures in vio.c after merge.

Conflicts:
	drivers/i2c/busses/i2c-cpm.c
	drivers/i2c/busses/i2c-mpc.c
	drivers/net/gianfar.c

Also fixed up one line in arch/powerpc/kernel/vio.c to use the

Grant Likely 44504b2beb of: change of_match_device to work with struct device
The of_node pointer is now stored directly in struct device, so
of_match_device() should work with any device, not just struct of_device.

This patch changes the interface to of_match_device() to accept a
struct device instead of struct of_device.

Grant Likely 4018294b53 of: Remove duplicate fields from of_platform_driver
.name, .match_table and .owner are duplicated in both of_platform_driver
and device_driver. This patch is a removes the extra copies from struct
of_platform_driver and converts all users to the device_driver members.

This patch is a pretty mechanical change. The usage model doesn't change
and if any drivers have been missed, or if anything has been fixed up
incorrectly, then it will fail with a compile time error, and the fixup
will be trivial. This patch looks big and scary because it touches so
many files, but it should be pretty safe.

Al Viro bef5bc2464 simplify access to ecryptfs inodes in ->readpage() and friends
we can get to them from page->mapping->host, no need to mess with
file.

Al Viro f6d335c08d AFS: Don't put struct file on the stack
Don't put struct file on the stack as it takes up quite a lot of space
and violates lifetime rules for struct file.

Rather than calling afs_readpage() indirectly from the directory routines by
way of read_mapping_page(), split afs_readpage() to have afs_page_filler()
that's given a key instead of a file and call read_cache_page(), specifying the
new function directly. Use it in afs_readpages() as well.

Also make use of this in afs_mntpt_check_symlink() too for the same reason.

Al Viro 4403158ba2 Ban ecryptfs over ecryptfs
This is a seriously simplified patch from Eric Sandeen; copy of
rationale follows:
===
mounting stacked ecryptfs on ecryptfs has been shown to lead to bugs
in testing. For crypto info in xattr, there is no mechanism for handling
this at all, and for normal file headers, we run into other trouble:

BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000008
  IP: [<ffffffffa015b0b3>] ecryptfs_d_revalidate+0x43/0xa0 [ecryptfs]
  ...

There doesn't seem to be any good usecase for this, so I'd suggest just
  disallowing the configuration.

Based on a patch originally, I believe, from Mike Halcrow.
