Ingo Molnar e402644013 x86: map vsyscalls early enough 
map vsyscalls early enough. This is important if a __vsyscall_fn
function is used by other kernel code too.

Chris Wright 31c435d75e i386/x8664: cleanup the shared hpet code 
Remove hpet_readl/writel from vsyscall.h, where it does not belong
anyway. Use the hpet code itself.
