Delete the ability to build an ACPI kernel that does
not include PCI support. When such a machine is created
and it requires a tuned kernel, send a patch.

Implement the framework for binding physical devices
with ACPI devices. A physical bus like PCI bus
should create a 'acpi_bus_type', with:
.find_device:
For device which has parent such as normal PCI devices.
.find_bridge:
It's for special devices, such as PCI root bridge
or IDE controller. Such devices generally haven't a
parent or ->bus. We use the special method
to get an ACPI handle.
Uses new field in struct device: firmware_data

See Documentation/acpi-hotkey.txt
Use cmdline "acpi_specific_hotkey" to enable
legacy platform specific drivers.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
