Eric Dumazet fb621bac21 ixgbevf: remove private net_device_stats 
Use the net_device provided net_device_stats structure.

Remove ixgbevf_get_stats() now its not needed.

Greg Rose 92915f7120 ixgbevf: Driver main and ethool interface module and main header 
These modules and header contain the Linux OS network interface code and core
interrupt and network send/receive handlers.
