Maxime Bizon 6a2c7eabfd serial: bcm63xx_uart: allow more than one uart to be registered. 
The bcm6358 CPU has two uarts, make it possible to use the second one.

Maxime Bizon b037179f7a bcm63xx_uart: Fix serial driver compile breakage. 
The driver missed a small API change while sitting in Ralf's tree, this
patch makes it compile again.
