Hans Verkuil 08569d6477 [media] cx18: embed video_device 
Embed the video_device struct to simplify the error handling and in
order to (eventually) get rid of video_device_alloc/release.

Simon Farnsworth 48ab45adcc [media] cx18: Fix bytes_per_line 
Current GStreamer userspace respects the bytes_per_line from the driver. Set
it to something reasonable for the format chosen.

Fix various spelling errors in strings and comments throughout the media
tree. The majority of these were found using Lucas De Marchi's codespell
tool.

Mauro Carvalho Chehab b285192a43 [media] rename most media/video pci drivers to media/pci 
Rename all PCI drivers with their own directory under
drivers/media/video into drivers/media/pci and update the
building system.
