This patch changes data type of wid argument in wilc_wlan_cfg_get_val
from u32 to u16. It is better to change data type of wid because wid has
one of enum WID_T that is data type of u16. And, there is no need to use
u16 type casting when calling wilc_wlan_cfg_get_wid_value function.

wilc_send_config_pkt is returned 0 or -ETIMEDOUT according to return
value of wilc_wlan_cfg_set or wilc_wlan_cfg_set.
It is better to use int type to represent linux standard error code.

This patch passes vif instead of wilc to wilc_send_config_pkt and it's related
functions as well, because we need vif which is currently being used and
vif has wilc as well.
Change custom print with netdev_xxx format if there are custom print inside
the functions we have changed.

This patch moves the function wilc_send_config_pkt to wilc_wlan.c which
handles transport since the purpose of the function is sending/getting of
config information. coreconfiguator.[ch] will be rename with frame.[ch] later.
The print codes of the function is removed also and they will be implemented
with netdev_xx print format later.
struct wid need to be moved to wilc_wlan_if.h which defines configure
informations.

This patch add new argument mode to wilc_wlan_set_bssid and define mode in
struct wilc_vif also. The mode is used by get_if_handler function to get proper
netdevice for each mode.
The get_if_handler is changed together. Remove invalid handle codes and
add mode condition to get netdevice for the mode.

This patch adds new function parameter struct wilc to all function pointers
of struct wilc_hif_func, and all functions of wilc_sdio.c and wilc_spi.c
need to be changed as it's function pointer is changed.
Pass wilc in all the functions call as well.
The wilc will be passed to functions in linux_wlan_sdio.c and linux_wlan_spi.c
to replace with global variable wilc_dev in the next patch.

We want to get rid of all global variables in this driver, and
instead pass device structures from one function to another.
This changes the linux_wlan.c and wilc_wlan.c to do this
for the most part. There are a few exceptions where these
functions are themselves called from another part of the driver
that does not have an instance pointer at hand. Changing those
would be a follow-up step.
There are a few other globals that will have to get moved
into struct wilc at a later point.

The last remaining user of WILC_SDIO macro checks for the correct
time to wait in an interrupt for the PLL to settle. We can
replace this with a runtime check and remove both WILC_SDIO and
WILC_SPI, as we no longer need conditional compilation based on
the hardware type.

As a preparation for turning the SDIO side of wilc1000 into a separate
module, this removes the last direct caller from the core module into
the sdio specific portion. All calls to wilc_sdio_enable_interrupt()
and wilc_sdio_disable_interrupt() now go through a function pointer
in wilc_hif_func. We also change arguments slightly to pass the device,
as we are already touching those lines and the change will be needed
later to remove the global variables.

The wilc_hif_spi and wilc_hif_sdio structures are part of
the bus specific code, and the generic code should have no knowledge
of their addresses.
This changes the code to reference them only from the bus
specific initialization code, which we can then use to split
up the driver into separate modules.

There are many global symbols in the wilc1000 driver, some of them
with names like "DEBUG_LEVEL" or "probe" that are not acceptable
for globals in the linux kernel as they may easily conflict with other
(equally broken) drivers.
This renames all the globals that do not already start with
wilc or a variation of that to start with wilc_ and to follow
the usual naming conventions.

This patch add new argument wilc to wilc_handle_isr and pass wilc to
the function.
It is void type for now because wilc_wlan.c was implemented platform
independently at the beginning (linux_wlan.c is implementation of LINUX part),
so the header file which defines struct wilc cannot be included at this moment,
but this driver is dedicated to LINUX so wilc_wlan.c and linux_wlan.c will be
merged. After that, this void type will be changed with struct wilc as well as
other functions which are using void type in wilc_wlan.h.

wilc_wlan_cfg_init instead. Remove static from function declaration.
After removing cfg_init, the struct wilc_cfg_func_t is useless so just delete
