56bc911 "[media] s5p-fimc: Redefine platform data structure for fimc-is"
changed the bus_type member of struct fimc_source_info treewide, but
got one instance wrong in mach-s5pv210, which was evidently not
even build tested.
This adds the missing change to get s5pv210_defconfig to build again.
Applies on the Mauro's media tree.

Since the DMA controller clocks are managed at amba bus level, the
PL330 device clocks handling has been removed from the driver in
commit 7c71b8eb("DMA: PL330: Remove redundant runtime_suspend/
resume functions")
However, this left the S5PV210 platform with only clkdev entries
linking "apb_pclk" clock conn_id to a dummy clock, rather than
to corresponding platform PL330 DMAC clock.
As a result the DMA controller is now attempted to be used on
S5PV210 with the clock disabled and the driver fails with an
error:

A large number of cleanups, all over the platforms. This is dominated
largely by the Samsung platforms (s3c, s5p, exynos) and a few of the
others moving code out of arch/arm into more appropriate subsystems.
The clocksource and irqchip drivers are now abstracted to the point
where platforms that are already cleaned up do not need to even specify
the driver they use, it can all get configured from the device tree
as we do for normal device drivers. The clocksource changes basically
touch every single platform in the process.
We further clean up the use of platform specific header files here,
with the goal of turning more of the platforms over to being
"multiplatform" enabled, which implies that they cannot expose
their headers to architecture independent code any more.
It is expected that no functional changes are part of the cleanup.
The overall reduction in total code lines is mostly the result of
removing broken and obsolete code.

Enabling UART FIFO in bootloader caused the kernel infinite
loop on S5PV210 due to uninitialized fifo_max and fifo_mask global
variables. This patch adds the correct initialization.

Newer Exynos4 SoC are equipped with a local camera ISP that
controls external raw image sensor directly. Such sensors
can be connected through FIMC-LITEn (and MIPI-CSISn) IPs to
the ISP, which then feeds image data to the FIMCn IP. Thus
there can be two busses associated with an image source
(sensor). Rename struct s5p_fimc_isp_info describing external
image sensor (video decoder) to struct fimc_source_info to
avoid confusion. bus_type is split into fimc_bus_type and
sensor_bus_type. The bus type enumeration is extended to
include both FIMC Writeback input types.
The bus_type enumeration and the data structure name in the
board files are modified according to the above changes.

As per the Exynos5250 User Manual:
When there are pending interrupt events, WFI/WFE instruction are
ignored. To cancel the power-down sequence follow these steps:
1) Disable system power-down using CENTRAL_SEQ_CONFIGURATION register
2) Clear WAKEUP_STAT register
3) Enable interrupt service routine for CPU
Code for early wakeup for exynos already exists. Remove the panic
on suspend failure, clear the wakeup state register and return 1
from cpu_suspend to indicate a failed suspend (to a user daemon).
Older Samsung SoCs have similar panics and I have removed them all.
Haven't touched the S3C2410 sleep code.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

I2S controller has an internal mux for RCLK source clks. The list
of source clk names were passed through platform data in non-dt case.
The variable holding the list of RCLK source clk names is not
required, as the list of clks need to be registered with clkdev
using generic connection id. This is required as part of adding DT
support for I2S controller driver.

Previously, the ASoC 'platform' (PCM/DMA) object was instantiated via a
platform_device. This didn't represent the hardware well, since there
was no separate hardware associated with this platform_device; it was a
virtual device with sole purpose to call snd_soc_register_platform().
This change removes the platform_device completely. Each Samsung DAI now
registers the ASoC 'platform' itself. Machine drivers are adjusted for
the new 'platform' name.

Commit a5238e360b (spi: s3c64xx: move controller information into driver
data) introduced separate device names for the different subtypes of the
spi controller but forgot to set these in the relevant machines.
To fix this introduce a s3c64xx_spi_setname function and populate all
Samsung arches with the correct names. The function resides in a new
header, as the s3c64xx-spi.h contains driver platform data and should
therefore at some later point move out of the Samsung include dir.
Tested on a s3c2416-based machine.

This is a pet peeve of mine. Any time there's a long list of items
(header file inclusions, kconfig entries, array initalisers, etc) and
someone wants to add a new item, they *always* go and stick it at the
end of the list.
Guys, don't do this. Either put the new item into a randomly-chosen

Platform data is used to specify controller hardware specific information
such as the tx/rx fifo level mask and bit offset of rx fifo level. Such
information is not suitable to be supplied from device tree. Instead,
it can be moved into the driver data and removed from platform data.

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.
