Alan b229a7b0ae libata: set_mode, Fix the FIXME 
When set_mode() changed ->set_mode didn't adapt. This makes the needed
changes and removes the relevant FIXME case.

Tejun Heo 2eab80ac0c [PATCH] libata: kill unnecessary sht->max_sectors initializations 
sht->max_sectors is overrided unconditionally in ->slave_configure.
There's no reason to set it to any value.
