Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz f26b3d7595 hd: WIN_* -> ATA_CMD_* 
* Use ATA_CMD_* defines instead of WIN_* ones.

* Include <linux/ata.h> directly instead of through <linux/hdreg.h>.
