7d7e1eba7e ARM: OMAP2+: Prepare for irqs.h removal
As the interrupts should only be defined in the platform_data, and
eventually coming from device tree, there's no need to define them
in header files.

Let's remove the hardcoded references to irqs.h and fix up the includes
so we don't rely on headers included in irqs.h. Note that we're
defining OMAP_INTC_START as 0 to the interrupts. This will be needed
when we enable SPARSE_IRQ. For some drivers we need to add
#include <plat/cpu.h> for now until these drivers are fixed to
remove cpu_is_omapxxxx() usage.

While at it, sort som of the includes the standard way, and add
the trailing commas where they are missing in the related data
structures.

Note that for drivers/staging/tidspbridge we just define things
locally.

4b24ff7110 The tag contains just a few battery-related changes for v3.6. It's is
all pretty straightforward, except one thing.

 One of our patches added thermal support for power supply class, but
 thermal/ subsystem changed under our feet. We (well, Stephen, that is)
 caught the issue and it was decided[1] that I'd just delay the battery
 pull request, and then will fix it up by merging upstream back into
 battery tree at the specific commit.

 That's not all though: another[2] small fixup for thermal subsystem was
 needed to get rid of a warning in power supply subsystem (the warning
 was not drivers/power's "fault", the thermal registration function just
 needed a proper const annotation, which is also done by a small commit
 on top of the merge.

 So, to sum this up:
 - The 'master' branch of the battery tree was in the -next tree for
   weeks, was never rebased, altered etc. It should be all OK;
 - Although, for-v3.6 tag contains the 'master' branch + merge + the
   warning fix.

17ffba6ad2 mfd: Move twl-core device_init_wakeup to after platform_device_add
device_init_wakeup uses the dev_name() of the device to set the
name of the wakeup_source which appears in
/sys/kernel/debug/wakeup_sources.

For a platform device, that name is not set until platform_device_add
calls dev_set_name.

So the call to device_init_wakeup() must be after the call to
platform_device_add().
Making this change causes correct names to appear in the
wakeup_sources file.

78518ffa08 mfd: Move twl-core IRQ allocation into twl[4030|6030]-irq files
During DT adaptation, the irq_alloc_desc was added into twl-core, but
due to the rather different and weird IRQ management required by the twl4030,
it is much better to have a different approach for it.
The issue is that twl4030 uses a two level IRQ mechanism but handles all the
PWR interrupts as part of the twl-core interrupt range. It ends up with a
range of 16 interrupts total for CORE and PWR.

The other twl4030 functionalities already have a dedicated driver and thus
their IRQs and irqdomain can and should be defined localy.

twl6030 is using a single level IRQ controller and thus does not require any
trick.

Move the irq_alloc_desc and irq_domain_add_legacy in twl4030-irq and
twl6030-irq.

Allocate together CORE and PWR IRQs for twl4030-irq.

964dba2834 devicetree: Add empty of_platform_populate() for !CONFIG_OF_ADDRESS (sparc)
Sparc has its own helpers for translating address ranges when the device
tree is parsed at boot time, and it isn't able to use of_platform_populate().
However, there are some device drivers that want to use that function on
other DT enabled platforms (ie. TWL4030). This patch adds an empty
of_platform_populate() implementation that returns an error when
CONFIG_OF_ADDRESS is not selected.

75294957be irq_domain: Remove 'new' irq_domain in favour of the ppc one
This patch removes the simplistic implementation of irq_domains and enables

This patch also converts the few users of irq_domain_add()/irq_domain_del()
to call irq_domain_add_legacy() instead.

6252547b8a ARM: omap: fix broken twl-core dependencies and ifdefs
In commit aeb5032b3f, a dependency on IRQ_DOMAIN was added, which causes
regressions on previously working setups: a previously working non-DT
kernel configuration now loses its PMIC support. The lack of PMIC
support in turn causes the loss of other functionality the kernel had.

This dependency was added because the driver now registers its
interrupts with the IRQ domain code, presumably to prevent a build error.

The result is that OMAP3 oopses in the vp.c code (fixed by a previous
commit) due to the lack of PMIC support.

However, even with IRQ_DOMAIN enabled, the driver oopses:

This happens because we try to register an IRQ domain with a NULL ops
structure, and the first thing irq_domain_add() does is try to
dereference this ops structure.

So, fix the problem by getting rid of the incorrect OF_IRQ ifdef and
wrapping the IRQ domain bits of the driver with an IRQ_DOMAIN ifdef
instead.

This patch extends the ASoC API to allow sound cards to have more than one
CODEC and more than one platform DMA controller. This is achieved by dividing
some current ASoC structures that contain both driver data and device data into
structures that only either contain device data or driver data. i.e.

 struct snd_soc_codec    --->  struct snd_soc_codec (device data)
                          +->  struct snd_soc_codec_driver (driver data)

 struct snd_soc_platform --->  struct snd_soc_platform (device data)
                          +->  struct snd_soc_platform_driver (driver data)

 struct snd_soc_dai      --->  struct snd_soc_dai (device data)
                          +->  struct snd_soc_dai_driver (driver data)

 struct snd_soc_device   --->  deleted

This now allows ASoC to be more tightly aligned with the Linux driver model and
also means that every ASoC codec, platform and (platform) DAI is a kernel
device. ASoC component private data is now stored as device private data.

The ASoC sound card struct snd_soc_card has also been updated to store lists
of it's components rather than a pointer to a codec and platform. The PCM
runtime struct soc_pcm_runtime now has pointers to all its components.

This patch adds DAPM support for ASoC multi-component and removes struct
snd_soc_socdev from DAPM core. All DAPM calls are now made on a card, codec
or runtime PCM level basis rather than using snd_soc_socdev.

Other notable multi-component changes:-

 * Stream operations now de-reference less structures.
 * close_delayed work() now runs on a DAI basis rather than looping all DAIs
   in a card.
 * PM suspend()/resume() operations can now handle N CODECs and Platforms
   per sound card.
 * Added soc_bind_dai_link() to bind the component devices to the sound card.
 * Added soc_dai_link_probe() and soc_dai_link_remove() to probe and remove
   DAI link components.
 * sysfs entries can now be registered per component per card.
 * snd_soc_new_pcms() functionailty rolled into dai_link_probe().
 * snd_soc_register_codec() now does all the codec list and mutex init.

This patch changes the probe() and remove() of the CODEC drivers as follows:-

 o Make CODEC driver a platform driver
 o Moved all struct snd_soc_codec list, mutex, etc initialiasation to core.
 o Removed all static codec pointers (drivers now support > 1 codec dev)
 o snd_soc_register_pcms() now done by core.
 o snd_soc_register_dai() folded into snd_soc_register_codec().

a29aaf55cd mfd: Disable TWL4030/5030 I2C1/I2C4 internal pull-ups
This patch disables TWL4030/5030 I2C1 adn I2C4(SR) internal pull-up, to
use only the external HW resistor >=470 Ohm for the assured
functionality in HS mode.

While testing the I2C in High Speed mode, it was discovered that
without a proper pull-up resistor, there is data corruption during
multi-byte transfer. RTC(time_set) test case was used for testing.

From the analysis done, it was concluded that ideally we need a
pull-up of 1.6k Ohm(recomended) or atleast 470 Ohm or greater for
assured performance in HS mode.

d62abe563f OMAP4: PMIC: Add support for twl6030 codec
In order to have TWL6030 CODEC driver as a platform driver, codec data
should be passed through twl_platform_data structure.

For twl6030 audio codec, the following data may be passed:
    - audpwron_gpio: gpio line used to power-up/down the codec. A low-to-high
      transition powers codec up. Setting audpwron_gpio to a negative value
      means that codec will use manual power sequence instead of automatic
      sequence
    - naudint_irq: irq line for audio interrupt. twl6030 drives NAUDINT line
      to low when an interrupt (codec ready, plug insertion/removal, etc) is
      detected

However, codec driver can operate if any or none of them are passed.
