Rasesh Mody b7ee31c5af bna: scope and dead code cleanup

1) Made functions and data structures static wherever possible.
2) Removed unused code.

Rasesh Mody 8b230ed8ec bna: Brocade 10Gb Ethernet device driver 
This is patch 1/6 which contains linux driver source for
