ecd53497b7 xtensa: Disable PCI and nfsroot on simulation target
The ISS platform is a pure simulation target and doesn't support PCI,
so disable it in the default configuration.

866e514d6a xtensa: update s6105_defconfig for ccount calibration
The previous patch enabled ccount calibration for the s6000 variant.
This patch updates the defconfig for the s6105 platform to reflect this
change.

173d668138 [PATCH] xtensa: remove extra header files
The Xtensa port contained many header files that were never needed.  This
rather lengthy patch removes all those files.  Unfortunately, there were
many dependencies that needed to be updated, so this patch touches quite a
few source files.
