Roland Stigge da03d7400a gpio: LPC32xx: Driver cleanup
Since LPC32xx is now switched over to devicetree based GPIO, the unused
lpc32xx_gpio_init() can be removed.

Further, the driver title changed since it referred to the wrong file.

Roland Stigge e92935e13a gpio/lpc32xx: Add device tree support
This patch adds device tree support for gpio-lpc32xx.c.

To register the various GPIO banks as (struct) gpio_chips via the same DT
gpio-controller, we utilize the adjusted of_xlate API to manipulate the
actually used struct gpio_chip.

Roland Stigge 46158aad96 GPIO: LPC32xx: Add output reading to GPO P3
The chip offers the function to detect the current state of output of the GPO
P3 pins. Useful for reading GPIO output state in Linux' GPIO API, e.g. via
sysfs.

Please note that this only reads back the currently programmed output state,
not the actual electrical level in terms of a GPI function. Finally, GPO3 is
still just an output.

Linus Walleij 9c587c05d7 ARM: 7045/1: mach-lpc32xx: break out GPIO driver specifics
The <mach/gpio.h> file is included from upper directories
and deal with generic GPIO and gpiolib stuff. Break out the
platform and driver specific defines and functions into its own
header file.

Linus Walleij f80cb526e3 ARM: 7044/1: mach-lpc32xx: move LPC32XX GPIO driver to GPIO subsystem
As per example from the other ARM boards, push the LPC32XX
GPIO driver down to the GPIO subsystem so it can be consolidated.
