Jacopo Mondi c545171968 iio: adc: max9611: Fix attribute measure unit 
The power and current "shunt-resistor" attribute's 'show' function
displays the resistor value in milli-Ohms, while the ABI description
specifies it should be displayed in Ohms. Fix it.

Dan Carpenter 35fa70dfd6 iio: adc: Max9611: checking for ERR_PTR instead of NULL in probe 
devm_iio_device_alloc() doesn't return ERR_PTRs, it returns NULLs.
