Richard Weinberger c731f0e349 net: Fix dependencies for !HAS_IOMEM archs 
Not every arch has io memory.
So, unbreak the build by fixing the dependencies.

Noam Camus 0dd0770936 NET: Add ezchip ethernet driver 
Simple LAN device for debug or management purposes.
Device supports interrupts for RX and TX(completion).
Device does not have DMA ability.
