Robert Jarzmik 277688639f ARM: pxa: mainstone: use new pxa_cplds driver 
As the interrupt handling was transferred to the pxa_cplds driver,
make the switch in mainstone platform code.

Rob Herring dc38d82676 ARM: 7344/1: pxa: mainstone: add missing include for IRQ_BOARD_START 
As part of mach/irqs.h include removal from sparse, mainstone.h was missed.
This fixes the compile of the pcmcia driver.
