Greg Kroah-Hartman 50f86aedfa drivers: base: firmware_loader: add proper SPDX identifiers on files that did not have them. 
There were two files in the firmware_loader code that did not have SPDX
identifiers on them, so fix that up.

Masahiro Yamada f96182e959 firmware_loader: move firmware/ to drivers/base/firmware_loader/builtin/ 
Currently, the 'firmware' directory only contains a single Makefile
to embed extra firmware into the kernel.

Move it to the more relevant place.
