Robert Jarzmik 32f17997c1 ARM: pxa: remove irq init from dt machines
The init_irq and handle_irq can be declared through standard irqchip
declaration and are not necessary in machine descriptions.

This is another step towards the generic kernel for the pxa
architecture.

Robert Jarzmik d9edae44d7 ARM: pxa: add pxa25x device-tree support
Add a device-tree machine entry (DT_MACHINE_START) for pxa25x based
platforms.

Take the opportunity to sort the file machine descriptions by
alphabetical order.

Robert Jarzmik 6b9d526b77 ARM: pxa: pxa3xx device-tree support cleanup
Clocks, timer and several other drivers have well defined and working
device-tree bindings. Clean-up the code to leave only the strict
minimum. The final goal will be to remove the lookup array.

Nicolas Pitre 19c233b79d ARM: appropriate __init annotation for const data
Init data marked const should be annotated with __initconst for
correctness and not __initdata. In some cases the array gathering
references to that data has to be marked const as well. This fixes
LTO builds that otherwise fail with section mismatch errors.

Robert Jarzmik bec942fcf4 arm: pxa: remove unnecessary includes from pxa-dt
As the init functions necessary for machine init have moved to
generic.h, remove the unnecessary includes and prototypes definitions
from pxa-dt.c.

This removes the include of mach/pxaXXX-regs.h, and make pxa-dt generic
enough to accept other pxa variants.

Commit f87311743 ("ARM: mmp: add more compatible names in gpio driver")
changed the DT match string for pxa3xx-gpio, but left the auxdata table
unchanged.

Stephen Warren 6bb27d7349 ARM: delete struct sys_timer
Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:
http://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg203686.html

Includes mach-omap2 fixes from Igor Grinberg.

Add a DT_MACHINE_START entry for PXA3xx machines and a auxdata table for
some of the devices. This file can be extended to also support pxa2xx
and pxa9xx boards.
