Ensure that all externally accessed functions are correctly prototyped
when defined in each file by making sure the headers with the protoypes
are included in the file with the definition.

This patch removes tracking log functions which were used to debug
in the early development stage and are not so important as were.
So remove them for code clean up.

This patch is to exactly calculate CRTC shown via screen for all cases.
Refer exynos_plane_get_size() function for this. Also source position of
fb is fixed when start position of CRTC is negative number.

this patch adds buf_cnt variable in exynos_drm_fb structure and
that means a buffer count to drm framebuffer and also adds two
functions to get/set the buffer count from/to exynos_drm_fb structure.
if pixel format is not DRM_FORMAT_NV12MT then it gets a buffer count
to drm framebuffer refering to mode_cmd->handles and offsets.
but when booted, the buffer count will always be 1 because pixel
format of console framebuffer is RGB format.

this patch removes DRM_FORMAT_NV12M from plane module because this format
is same as DRM_FORMAT_NV12. DRM_FORMAT_NV12M will be identified by
mode_cmd->handles and mode_cmd->offsets fields internally.

The exynos drm driver used a specific ioctl - DRM_EXYNOS_PLANE_SET_ZPOS
to set zpos of plane. It can be substitute to property of plane. This
patch adds a property for plane zpos and removes
DRM_EXYNOS_PLANE_SET_ZPOS ioctl.

There is no any reason to update overlay at crtc directly because the
crtc uses plane. Move its code to plane and call proper functions of
plane from crtc.

Set plane has source size but exynos overlay structure did
not consider it. This patch adds source size to overlay
structure. For set crtc, source size is set from crtc size.

DRM checks whether the plane supports a pixel format of fb when plane is
updated. This adds a default pixel format supporting format exynos drm
plane.

In cases where the scanout hw is sufficiently similar between "overlay"
and traditional crtc layers, it might be convenient to allow the driver
to create internal drm_plane helper objects used by the drm_crtc
implementation, rather than duplicate code between the plane and crtc.
A private plane is not exposed to userspace.

The exynos fimd supports 5 window overlays. Only one window overlay of
fimd is used by the crtc, so we need plane feature to use the rest
window overlays.
This creates one ioctl exynos specific - DRM_EXYNOS_PLANE_SET_ZPOS, it
is the ioctl to decide for user to assign which window overlay.
