Rusty Russell 990c91f0af lguest: remove support for VIRTIO_F_NOTIFY_ON_EMPTY. 
No virtio device does this any more, so no need to clutter lguest with it.

Rob Landley ed16648eb5 Move kvm, uml, and lguest subdirectories under a common "virtual" directory, I.E: 
cd Documentation
  mkdir virtual
  git mv kvm uml lguest virtual
