Stephen Rothwell e2bf2e26c0 [POWERPC] iseries: remove some gcc 4.1 warnings 
gcc 4.1 produces some warnings that say it is ignoring the packed
attribute on some structure elements, so, since all the elements of
these structs are packed, pack the structs instead.

Stephen Rothwell b08567cb68 ppc64 iseries: move some iSeries include files 
These files are only referenced from within
arch/powerpc/platforms/iseries, so move them there.
