Fix handling of input files (e.g. with no newline at EOF) that could
make unifdef get into an unexpected state and call abort().
The new -B option compresses blank lines around a deleted section
so that blank lines around "paragraphs" of code don't get doubled.
The evaluator can now handle macros with arguments, and unbracketed
arguments to the "defined" operator.

I no longer have a machine with this, and as such am not really able
to help out with this driver any more. Remove the entire appletouch

Add the file pattern of drivers/ieee1394/init_ohci1394_dma.c's
documentation to the maintainers database. init_ohci1394_dma.c is not
really part of the IEEE 1394 subsystem, but this maintainers contact
seems to be better than none at all.
